Trying to save my garden tomatoes by covering them up to keep the cold and early frost out...so far it's working.

Hard to believe that these tomatoes were preceded by the garlic.

Does painting house trim count?
I see it as an extension of my easel painting. But, in easel painting, the edges are so important. House painting without good edges looks like a poor paint job, as it does in easel painting. It is the edges that define the shape.

This painting is probably what got me started with art. Probably 4th or 5th grade.
A watercolor, poster paint, that received a blue ribbon in a school art show.
Hard to see, but the man with the rolled up blanket did it. I was amazed that when I put a spiral on the end, it looked real...to me.
