The camp is closed for the winter, but we were able to rent the lodge for a weekend to go skiing. Wood was also supplied for the fireplace. Very inexpensive and the squirrels in the walls were free
Collapsed WWI Communications Bunker, Lovells Island, Boston Harbor, MA. The Boston Harbor Islands are truly a special place. On the East side you see the ocean, West, the Boston skyline is off in the distance. My daughter and I walk the shore lines looking for sea glass...so close—yet so far away.

This is a spot on the Charles River where I would take our dog for a run. When we would get to the water, he would jump in and bark, real loud, with joy—even in winter. Sometimes the water would be high and flowing fast. Click on image for a larger view.
